Efficient, friendly,appointments on time

Very Professional, friendly and caring. I felt like and individual rather then another patient on the conveyor belt.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

Very thorough scan at almost 14 weeks - Dr Fred is incredibly knowledgeable and I found it very reassuring.

My only feedback would be that I sometimes felt that they were incredibly busy.

It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.
