Great experience

All the staff are fantastic, the hospitals are clean and welcoming. All the people that helped me throughout my journey have been wonderful. Ward staff were incredible kept me informed and comfortable. Shout out to the health care assistants and student that came to my aid when I was needing help. Huge thanks to the receptionist who was so lovely when I was in tears leaving my daughter. I'm so sorry I don't remember names but you were all amazing people and do a great job.

My husband was not well and the nurses Were brilliant with him.

Majority of the team (nursing, hospitality & cleaning) were brilliant during my stay following the operation. I felt well looked after. Unfortunately my discharge felt a bit rushed, to the point I felt that I was an inconvenience. The handover of medication was given prior to my partner's arrival which meant he didn't have chance to ask questions about my ongoing care & medication

Very good hospital definitely would go there again if needed. Alot better than the main hospitals

Administration was a little ad hoc and concerning at the beginning, but did start to improve.

Came in to see a consultant. Appointment was on time, pleasant, comfortable waiting area.

Experience positive despite some post op challenges.
