Mr Islam is a excellent surgeon, I had my right hip replaced by himself on Monday 20th May at Spires hospital in Liverpool, he told me straight away it had gone well and I will go home the next day, which I did, I was walking unaided just 4 days after my operation, now just over 6 weeks after my operation I have full mobility again, and have had for a good few weeks, enjoying swimming & walking back in the countryside again up the hills etc, thanks Mr Islam to you and your team

Very caring and calming. The best doctor I've ever seen and how all doctors should be. He explained what he was going to do, why he was going to do it and how.

Mr Davidson performed my left hip revision at Guys in Nov 2023. I had had the first op at Spires by Mr Lambu in June 2022. The hip had moved and I was left in pain. I felt my complaints were never addressed. Eventually I managed to get a referral through my GP to Mr Davidson who said I needed a Revision. He explained that the hip joint had moved. After some time (!), I was booked into Guys. The 2nd op felt totally different from the first time I stood up. I was visited by Mr Davidson and his team straight after my op and again before I was discharged. I met one of Mr Davidsons team on my 3 month checkup and then after 6 months I met Mr Davidson. Everything is so much better and this new hip is a success. Thank you, Mr Davison and your team.

Great care and outcome. I was clear what the issue was and it was explained what the possible treatment pathways were.

Mr Morris explained everything he had done with my knee replacement and answered all my questions with the knowledge he has and put me completely at ease throughout the whole time

Mr. Hussain had a friendly accommodating manner, explained the resurfacing process well and made me feel I was in safe hands.

I found Mr Stott listened to me and explained the process well. When I did phone him after my op with a question he phoned me back promptly and reassured me. He treated me as an individual. I will have no hesitation about returning to Mr Stott when my other hip needs replacing!

I has a lot of pain and Dr Wijeratna was amazing. I started with an injection and physio which worked for a few months. After that we decided on surgery. This has been amazing and I am now pain free. Thank you very much 😊
