Raj Bhalla is excellent. From my initial consultation, through surgery (Fess plus septoplasty - July 2024) to my follow up appointment he has at all times been professional, extremely clear in his explanations and has set out risk with great clarity. On top of that he is a very nice man who makes you feel totally at ease and comes across as very kind. I was fortunate not to have much pain and discomfort post op but all of this had been explained to me in advance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Raj to family and friends as a consummate professional and thoroughly nice guy.

I am very happy with my experience with Dr Elhassan. He explained the situation very well and was willing to listen to any concerns I had regarding surgery. As a result of the septoplasty, my breathing has improved greatly and the surgery itself was performed well with no complications. He was helpful and informative throughout the process.

I felt Mr Natt took the time to listen, spent time explaining the investigative steps and procedures as well having an empathetic approach.

I cannot praise Mr Anwar enough. From my first consultation with him because of my sudden loss of hearing he has proved to be a marvellous doctor. After the medication he initially prescribed only resulted in a partial improvement he recommended a procedure to cure the problem. I was admitted to The Cromwell ,as a day patient very quickly, where he carried out the operation with complete success. Mr Anwar’s calm, friendly and professional manner inspires confidence in the patient and from my viewpoint I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr Joseph was very friendly and explained the situation well and treatment needed, and what the next steps should be if this course of treatment is not effective.

Dr Ahmed is a brilliant doctor - in consultations, he always listened closely to my concerns and took me seriously, and would walk me through my options in a respectful and collaborative manner. It essentially feels like a collaborative consultation (e.g. I explain my issues, they investigate and my thoughts on xyz option were taken seriously) rather than a doctor who orders a patient to do xyz. I also underwent surgery with Dr Ahmed as well which was a resounding success - hence I think they're a fantastic doctor across the board (consultations, surgical skills, etc) and would wholly recommend to them to anyone whose looking for an ENT.

Thanks Mr Qureishi. Easy process from initial consultation, to surgery and recovery. Very pleased with the results of my septoplasty. I had an improvement in breathing in less that 2 weeks following surgery.
