Mr Elhassan listened to my concerns, investigated, referred me on to other specialists for input and exhausted every option before surgery; which I was thankful for. I was grateful for his approach regarding my care; I felt in control of my care with his expert opinion & guidance. The operation went smoothly and I’ve never felt better. Even post-op Mr Elhassan was available for any questions I had and any concerns I had was dealt with in a timely manner. Mr Elhassan communicated effectively and had a great bedside manner.
