I have been under the care of Dr Sami for 3 years and always had an excellent service. He saved my swallowing and treated my reflux and stomach problems. I feel back to normal now.

I was referred to Mr. Preston to perform robotic repairs to my oesophagus and diaphragm in addition to a hiatus hernia repair and lipoma removal. Surgery was performed at HCA Guy’s hospital. Mr. Preston was informative and caring throughout - fully explaining everything to me and showing me images of what needed to be done before and after the procedure. The surgery was a complete success with Mr Preston dealing with a couple of slightly more complex issues than expected. I cannot thank Mr. Preston enough. He went the extra mile for me and it was very much appreciated. His services are recommended without hesitation.

Professor Purkayastha's surgical success rate and record of procedures is impressive and the results speak for themselves. I had no doubt I was in safe hands. However, this is just part of what makes an exceptional experience. From the first consultation Professor Purkayastha was attentive and engaged. He listened and responded with clear explanations and positive suggestions. I found him approachable and he addressed any doubts and questions, from me and my family, both knowledgeably and reassuringly and with appropriate humour. Perhaps the most outstanding feature of my experience with Professor Purkayastha was his compassion and clear devotion to what he does. He shows humility and never underestimates the trust placed in him, considering it an honour to be able to help. It was a privilege to be treated by him and my surgery has been a huge success! Special thanks also to Dr Alex Wickham, consultant anaesthetist, who prepared me for surgery and allayed any fears. Also to Marcella who makes everything run smoothly and for always being friendly and helpful.

Dr Dhillon is by far the best Dr I’ve ever seen. He put my mind at ease straight away and explained what was going on and provided recommendations of other things I could be doing to improve my day to day life. Highly recommend!

Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended him an an extremely experienced specialised Gastroenterologist.

Excellent surgeon who, following diagnosing problem where others had not, operated ridding me of increasing, uncomfortable pain.
