His empathy, listening skills and eagerness to treating patients for better health. Also seeking the consent of the patient as to what they also prefer in the quest of achieving optimum health satisfaction.

Me Jambulingam has been amazing. He made me feel at ease on the day of my gallbladder surgery, he explained everything clearly and even helped lead me in the right directions for my gastric sleeve I had 3 years ago. My follow up appointment was quick and officiant. I’ve been discharged and have been told what I will need for any on going treatment. I would recommend Mr Jambulingam to anyone suffering like I was. He has been amazing. He has given me his number and email so I can contact at any time if I have any further concerns. Amazing man! Thank you for giving me my life back!

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. I am recovering really well and have huge admiration respect and gratitude to Professor Ameet Patel, I thank you and all your team. Paul D

Many thanks for yesterday's consultation. Prone to anxiety as I am when faced with any medical situation, I appreciated Mr Westcott's friendly, empathetic approach - and not least, of course, the feeling that I can completely trust him to look after me.

I have suffered with haemorrhoids for several years and fortunately was eventually referred to Ms Alfa-Wali. She is the first healthcare professional who has truly listened to and understood my problem. Her kind and empathetic nature was a real comfort throughout my treatment journey. Extremely competent and friendly. I had to go for a colonoscopy and was a bit worried about the procedure, but from the first consultation, the actual procedure and the follow-up everything was just perfect - no pain at all and all very well explained. Very positive experience.
