Mr Andrew James was very honest and approachable. His explanations and professionalism were exemplary and left me feeling like I was in safe hands. There was no push to have surgery, I had been given clear options as how to proceed which made me feel extremely comfortable with the procedure. I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable with my procedure on the day which went smoothly with great success. The after care I received was fantastic, I was also given more of an insight to my procedure with the X-rays taken, so I left feeling 100% confident that I had the best surgeon taking care of me.

Mr von Ark was very good at explaining the pros and cons of having surgery, and at no time did I feel pressurised into having surgery.

Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Dr Lui. He was clear, explained the science behind what was causing me issues and very rational with respect to his recommendations. He made me feel very comfortable in understanding where the problem originated from and recommendations of treatment.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. Dr Kumar was very friendly and gave me clear and easy to understand expectations as too what was happening. He was prepared to answer any questions I had . Overall very friendly and professional and I was completely at ease throughout.
