Excellent all members of staff helpful.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

I very much like this hospital. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and the staff are always pleasant. The hot chocolate machine is a lovely additiona and the specialists are world class.

Outstanding customer care from the nurse and receptionist in the waiting area. Both are exceptionally good. Grafton Suite is also an exceptionally good facility with light and clean areas everywhere.

Very efficient and quick

I have nothing but praise for all of the staff at Midland Eye, from the receptionists to the surgeons and their medical assistants. I have regular treatment for macular degeneration-initially from Mr Sivaraj-who also identified the need for and carried out two cataract operations. All appointments were made promptly and I was fully informed about the procedures. These were performed precisely as arranged with excellent aftercare.
