Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I have never come across a more polite, patient and knowledgeable doctor in the NHS before. He was very delicate when examining inside my ear, continuously conversations with me to keep me calm and distracted from the discomfort. When explaining the issues he showed me a diagram and ran my through how the ears work and what was wrong with my particular situation and what it meant. He then provided me with treatment menthols explaining possible outcomes and effects.
