Mr Jayaram has treated my face, with multiple surgical procedures, including excisions of skin cancers (BCC & SCC) and an extensive (middle, tip, left and right side) nose excisions and reconstructive skin graft, using donor skin from my chest. The diagnosis, prognosis, options and potential outcomes, were all extensively offered and discussed with Mr Jayaram, with generous attention to detail, clarity and empathy along my patient journey. He answered all my questions and put me at ease

I cannot praise Mr Anwar enough. From my first consultation with him because of my sudden loss of hearing he has proved to be a marvellous doctor. After the medication he initially prescribed only resulted in a partial improvement he recommended a procedure to cure the problem. I was admitted to The Cromwell ,as a day patient very quickly, where he carried out the operation with complete success. Mr Anwar’s calm, friendly and professional manner inspires confidence in the patient and from my viewpoint I cannot recommend him highly enough.

He was very understanding and reassured me . Explained everything very clearly

I had two wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Nagpal and I can understand why he is so highly recommended. The injections were great, it’s the bit I’m scared of the most, I didn’t feel any pain from them. Then from that the teeth were taken out in less than 15 minutes and he went through all the instructions and answered all my questions. I don’t know what more you could ask for from your oral surgeon. Top guy and great music selection too.

Ms lacovidou totally put me at ease and took extra time to explain everything and to answer my questions. A credit to her profession.

Very understanding and accommodating and spends time explaining and investigating

From the outset Mr Manisali went to great lengths to discuss my wishes with me and to explain what he thought possible and what I could reasonably expect to be the outcome of his work. Mr Manisali was attentive to me throughout my treatment too - coming in on a Sunday to refresh my dressings and to check on my recovery! I am delighted with both Mr Manisali’s surgical skills and also with his attentive follow up and counsel during my recovery.

Very informative and friendly

I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!
