Dr Smith provided and excellent service and put me at ease straight away. He explained everything in detail and gave me a complete understanding of all the tests performed on my heart.

All parts of the procedure explained very well both by Dr Kidambi and nurse Michelle. Relaxed friendly atmosphere so I felt at ease from the start. Different parts of the test explained as each stage reached and I had time at the end to ask some questions. Thank you for your time testing my heart today, I feel a lot better and very reassured.

Very reassuring to speak with to relate symptoms in my terminology that he understood in a professional capacity and therefore could relate to my concerns and give reassurance / advice. Explanations and the time given to explain was appreciated. Very professional and polite would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable in his field of practice cannot recommend enough.
