From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. I am very grateful for the care I received.

Mr Kazzaz was the 4th surgeon I had seen regarding my back issues, and therefore I had a hesitation about how this experience would differ from the previous 4 years of treatments. Mr Kazzaz was extremely patient, listened to my symptoms, experiences and interventions taken thus far. He explained the course of action he would take, how the potential outcomes would influence any next steps, and crucially, WHY. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon but his interpersonal skills match his surgical skills. The recovery process from my operation has been swift, as complication free as you could hope for, and the scars are extremely neat.
