I could not have wanted better. Answered every and any questions I had with answers I could understand...no fancy big words that I would have had to have looked up. I particularly liked his plain speaking approach and friendly bedside manner.

From my first appointment with James I was fully at ease, and knew I'd be in safe hands. He explained the treatment for a partial knee replacement, and why he felt it was appropriate given the current state of my knee. The team at KIMS were brilliant, from reception, through outpatients, xray and after the op via physio. The on the day team were amazing, and I felt totally cared for and supported from arrival through to discharge. The physio team were great and gave me the confidence that I had everything covered to go home with confidence. Thank you
