Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.

I had a great experience with Mark. My previous therapist had taken me in the wrong direction for my condition and was determined to stay on that path.
