Miss Valerie Saw recently performed very successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes and provided excellent advice and solutions to manage and significantly improve my dry eye and blepharitis conditions. Miss Saw is highly professional, extremely thorough, and communicated brilliantly throughout the whole process, so I felt confident every step of the way. During my initial consultation Miss Saw identified some complications with my left eye. She ensured further tests were carried out where required, to ensure the surgery would be a success. He asked me to have an ultrasound and had the results since March 22nd. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in trying to get a response from him. His assistant is entirely useless, and I have tried multiple times to contact her without any response.
