Wonderful Doctor who was very thorough, easy to communicate with, and caring.

When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. I had lost the ability to live my normal life because of pain and fear. Doctor Sian was the first person to acknowledge my situation properly after years of being treated less well by other Doctors. He explained our options clearly and was always easy to talk to. Over the time I have been seeing him, I have slowly recovered from being in terrible pain, to being in a much better physical state, and my mental health has massively improved. It was because of Doctor Sian that I have been able to have my life back. Thank you Doctor Sian.

Besides Dr. Woo's outstanding clinical knowledge, he takes a great deal of time to ensure that I understand not only the treatments that were available and which one was the most suitable for me at this present time. He carried out this treatment with the greatest of care and attention, concerned that I knew exactly what was happening at each step. Subsequently he ensured that there were no other concerns I had subsequent to the treatment. I can not recommend Dr. Woo highly enough he is very easy to talk to and takes time to hear what I have to say and how I am describing my pain. What a great doctor he is.

I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.

Mr Harris carried out spinal surgery on my daughter, he is always very clear and considered when talking to you, calm when dealing with highly stressed parents. the surgery resulted in a better result that expected, and we would recommend Mr Harris to anyone undergoing spinal surgery. His secretary is exceptional, always responsive and available!
