He suggested several simple lifestyle and office changes which would help, reassured me that I had a known condition which was benign and sent a request to my GP to assist when I had an (unrelated to my query) attack. My relief at knowing what was wrong and the alterations to my life have, so far, kept the problem I went to him for, away, although the attacks I was getting were intermittent. I perceive him as extremely competent and professional with clear explanations and very approachable. I initially consulted him about a reduction in hearing ability which I thought was the result of an obstruction. Nick considered the possibility of a more serious condition (vasculitis) which after tests proved to be the case. The condition developed before final diagnosis and I collapsed and spent 8 days in hospital. I continue to be treated and progress is good but my prognosis could have been a lot worse without Nick identifying the possibility of vasculitis and I may have died or suffered a serious stroke as a result of the way the disease affected me.

Dr. Kit Wu is outstandingly professional. Her questioning re my medical history was forensic and her grasp of my answers, instant. She combines professionalism with warmth and reassurance. Her explanations, both before the MRI she organised on my behalf and after she'd seen the result, were clear and easy to understand. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Dr Toh was very thorough and reassuring. He took the time to explain the reasons for all the symptoms and asked the right questions to find out more about my health. Very professional. I was previously told by another doctor my symptoms were due to sinusitis, but Dr Toh was able to explain what the real issue was.
