I can highly recommend Professor Kotecha, who performed a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on our daughter. His knowledge and expertise are unparalleled, and his extensive experience shows in his confident approach and the way he explains things when answering questions. Professor Kotecha is so lovely, friendly, and genuinely cares for his patients, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I am deeply grateful for his exceptional care and can highly recommend him.

Dr Ahmed is a brilliant doctor - in consultations, he always listened closely to my concerns and took me seriously, and would walk me through my options in a respectful and collaborative manner. It essentially feels like a collaborative consultation (e.g. I explain my issues, they investigate and my thoughts on xyz option were taken seriously) rather than a doctor who orders a patient to do xyz. I also underwent surgery with Dr Ahmed as well which was a resounding success - hence I think they're a fantastic doctor across the board (consultations, surgical skills, etc) and would wholly recommend to them to anyone whose looking for an ENT.

I can honestly say, Mr. Stephen Derbyshire has hands of gold!!! He did a wonderful job for me. I feel so blessed to know him and have Stephen as my doctor. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind, caring and friendly. All of the staff were great – they were helpful and kind. I cannot praise Mr Anwar enough. From my first consultation with him because of my sudden loss of hearing he has proved to be a marvellous doctor. After the medication he initially prescribed only resulted in a partial improvement he recommended a procedure to cure the problem. I was admitted to The Cromwell ,as a day patient very quickly, where he carried out the operation with complete success. Mr Anwar’s calm, friendly and professional manner inspires confidence in the patient and from my viewpoint I cannot recommend him highly enough.
