I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!

The administrative staff at HCA Health Care was prompt and supportive in arranging an appointment with him. During our initial meeting, Mr. Jean-Pierre Jeannon instilled a sense of confidence in me. He efficiently organized another appointment while collecting my medical records. In the subsequent consultation, he reassured both my wife and me that there was no reason for undue concern. Nevertheless, he suggested an MRI scan as a precautionary measure to alleviate any worries. Mr. Jean-Pierre Jeannon communicated directly and explained everything in simple terms, ensuring our understanding. We felt secure in the hands of someone genuinely caring. Dr Theochari took the time to explain to me the symptoms I had following an injury to the head. She reassured me without patronising and took my complaints seriously. This should be expected from every doctor, but having suffered from chronic pain for two decades I know that it's seldom the case. She discussed my options for treatment, explaining pros and cons of each of the options. I'm very grateful for a colleague's recommendation to see her following my injury and symptoms.
