Very knowledgeable, gave us excellent information he's highly knowledgeable and competent in his field clearly a very good specialist as well as a very nice man. Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.
