The doctor was very friendly and kind, and she helped me through a physically difficult test by talking to me and explaining everything.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

The hospital were very accommodating even though I was running late as I had taken the wrong train from Surrey!

Dr East listened to what my issues were with my nose, having had it broken on two previous occasions. It was deviated to the left and was slightly blocked on one side. I could not be happier with the result. My nose character is as if my nose was never broken all those years ago, which was something I asked to try and achieve. Same nose but perfectly straight.

Dr Charakida gave me excellent advice and is a very skilled and knowledgable practitioner. I can highly recommend the salon, the staff and the doctor herself.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the waiting area and facilities were spotless.
