Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Dr East listened to what my issues were with my nose, having had it broken on two previous occasions. It was deviated to the left and was slightly blocked on one side. I could not be happier with the result. My nose character is as if my nose was never broken all those years ago, which was something I asked to try and achieve. Same nose but perfectly straight.

Facilities are good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

My experiences of OneWelbeck have been wholly positive. I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. Everyone that I have met there has been professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel in very safe hands.
