The staff at reception were always, friendly, polite and helpful, while the nursing staff on the day of my operation were kind and professional, leaving no room for error. I would like to thank the staff at Parkside Hospital, especially the nurses, for the care they showed over the number of visits I made to the hospital, including the day of my operation.

Nurse bedside manner can overall improve. I felt like a burden and a nuisance at times. Given a room by the kitchen and so for the duration I felt like I was in a market.
