Dr Takeda is a marvellous consultant, hugely knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful and really a pleasure to attend. He always answers my questions and explains everything patiently and clearly, I regard myself as very fortunate to be in his care. Dr Takeda's team are top professionals, his Practice Manager Sue and his nurses are simply charming, very able indeed, attentive and caring. All together a first class experience across the whole team.

The experience was very fulfilling. We met Dr Gupta for my 10 year old son. And he put my son and us at ease from the very first contact by his pleasant demeanour and smile. He was very thorough with all the checks. He came across very knowledgable and expert in his field. He took time to explain us complex details in simple language. We were not rushed and he asked us multiple times if we had any further questions. His knowledge is vast. He even spoke briefly about Euro 2024 and football to my son to put him on ease. While obviously being extremely knowledgable, which in itself was very reassuring, he was a very calm, genuine and personable; both a great doctor and a great person. He was always very attentive, never rushed and focused on the patient as an individual. During a very stressful period his knowledge, experience and manner were invaluable.
