My post op recovery was very much faster than that of people I know who had a conventional procedure. His PA is also brilliant, making it easy to deal with any issues which arise such as queries from insurers. A great team.

Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

From the initial appointment, and examination to the operation and final evaluation, Mr Lippiatt has been both professional and understanding, whilst providing me with the confidence I needed to finally getting things done.
