Mr Samsudin helped me so much. Apart from.being knowledgable and skillfull he is also calm, practical and has empathy. He listened to me and my symptoms, he explained clearly and with empathy what i was going through and what my treatment options were. When it came to the actual surgery it was obviously unpleasant but Mr Samsudins calmness and clarity made the whole process so much more bearable. I was prescribed Uromune as a vaccine. What a lifeline - this vaccine has changed my life and I haven't had an infection since taking it. I am so relieved. I wasn't sure the impact would be so significant but I feel utter relief having broken a terrible cycle. Should I get another infection, I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment.
