Since my first call with Rachal I was heard and listened to, respected and supported, all of which were rare for me in my fertility and loss explorations within the NHS. She made navigating NHS and private options realistic instead of overwhelming. Her care plan drew in different experts at different times and unearthed several health matters that both my partner and I could address to improve our chances of a successful pregnancy. I sit here now at 28 weeks pregnant, having just today had another successful scan to see my baby, thanks to Rachal, her knowledge and expertise and her determination to leave no avenue unexplored in supporting us to both get and stay pregnant with a healthy baby. The saddest part about getting successfully pregnant is saying goodbye to this person who had become such a regular source of support in my life! Thank you Rachal.
