The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

Such wonderful staff, so patient and compassionate. They never made me feel that I was a nuisance for asking questions. Dr Bodri always made me feel at ease and was kind and reassuring. Clementine Churchill hospital staff are kind and helpful in my experience. The waiting area is looking a bit tired and drinks facilities could probably do with some updating.
