We found Dr Hall to not just be absolutely professional and considered in her work, but empathetic, knowing and prepared, right the way through of our IVF journey. Dr Hall did not hide us from any pain or disappointment that may be to come but neither did she dramatises and scare us. At all times Dr Hall was ahead of the process, had matters in hand, and kept us aware of what was coming next, and what we could best do, to prepare ourselves.
