Our whole treatment with Mr Faris has been fantastic. He clearly understood the outcome my husband and I wanted to achieve. We were thoroughly supported in our decision. My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. We went with Dr. Tarek as our consultant under the personalized care plan for a fresh round of IVF as he specializes in Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT). We came under his care after having experienced secondary infertility and having had multiple failed embryo transfers with other clinics. Dr. Tarek was incredible and helped us throughout every step. He was so professional and knowledgeable yet compassionate and emphatic and always available to answer any questions or provide advice on the phone even after hours and on the weekend. We have felt that the care we received was indeed very personal and tailored to our needs - if you can afford it I would recommend opting for the slightly more expensive personalized care plan as it is really worth it to be able choosing a consultant/having a direct line and the overall care we received from the entire ACU team was way better than with a much more expensive private clinic. We always dealt with Dr. Tarek directly and although the unit is really busy we were always seen on time and often on the weekend or for early morning appointments. As for the treatment he clearly laid out the options available to us and was very open and transparent regarding our chances of success which we appreciated. Unlike other clinics we also did not feel that he tried to sell additional add-ons but merely laid out options for essential testing or medication and truly adapted the protocol to us instead of using a 1-for-all approach. Throughout our IVF journey with him, he seemed very invested and was genuinely so happy for us when we finally received a positive outcome. We really felt that he cares for his patients. We cannot thank Dr. Tarek enough for helping us make our dream come true and finally being able to have a second baby. We had a fantastic experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tarek!

Mr Karoshi was very clear in his explanations and acted quickly following my initial consultation to get me booked in for my procedure. He was very thorough in the pre-op discussions, following the procedure and through to the results.

Had a telephone consultation with professor Nardo, as always very perfessional, he listened and explained everything I needed to know and made me feel so much better and positive. I chose to take his opinion on something I was diagnosed with, since I had my fibroids removed 4 years ago by prof Nardo and it was a life changing procedure for me and I can not thank him enough for saving my life .

I am deeply grateful to Mr Sabatini for the excellent medical care and professionalism. Mr Sabatini was recommended to me by 3 women I know, who were successfully treated by him for either IVF (both have children now) or fibroid removal surgery. He is not the first doctor I consulted about my health problem, but he is the first I trusted to perform surgery. From our first consultation I was very impressed, because he had taken the time to review all documents that I sent him (medical history, test results, etc) and he explained rationally the treatment options and the approach he will take. Mr Sabatini’s assistant arranged everything about my surgery, including hospital arrangements with the Weymouth Street Hospital, I got very clear instructions, and basically no effort was required from me. My surgery went really well and I made a very quick recovery, I was even surprised how quickly I recovered and was able to continue with my daily routine. I would like to sincerely thank Mr Sabatini and his team for the excellent care. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy reliable doctor.

Dr Khanjani was wonderful throughout our IVF experience, giving us all the guidance we could have wished for and making sure our chances of conceiving were as high as they could possibly be. She was always prompt in getting back to us if we had queries and explaining everything throughly, we felt in very good hands and would recommend her to any aspiring parent(s). We are infinitely grateful to her and her expertise. We were successful on our first implantation and are now the proud parents of a beautiful, healthy baby boy.
