We felt very reassured from the first appointment with Dr Kunal. Dr Kunal explained my condition clearly without the complex medical jargon and the options available and their pros and cons which allowed us to choose the best option according to our preferences. We admire his passion and caring. He is always reachable to clear out any concerns or for advice. I have successfully undergone a procedure performed by Dr Kunal and on road to full recovery. I honestly cannot thank Mr Purohit enough. From my very first consultation, I felt super comfortable, he explained everything in detail, even going through everything again with my husband before my hysterectomy. I know he tried every avenue to help me before deciding that I needed surgery and this made me feel more comfortable with my decision to go ahead. My surgery and recovery both went well and I felt supported the whole way through.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Great experience, I felt at ease

Ms Sharma was very friendly and patiently explaining my result for me. She did the checks very gently and made me feel very respected. She managed to do checks and consultation within appointment time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

I can't speak more highly of Miss Nair. From the initial consultation to the end of my treatment, she made me feel relaxed and looked after. Miss Nair explained every stage of the treatment and put me completely at ease. She was open to any questions and concerns that I had and I consider myself blessed to have had her looking after me.

I was fully informed every step of the way. I felt listened to and a part of every decision made.
