The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Great clinic

The hospital was clean, welcoming and had all the things you might need for a hospital stay. Staff were friendly, especially the lovely kitchen staff, and I had a pleasant experience there

33 yr old female hair transplant patient I am 5 months post op and I am very happy with the results so far. I can see visible darkening of the crown area and 'baby hairs' all along the hairline. I had hoped for more at this point but I understood that it takes 12 months to see the final result. The communication, the hotel and pickup arrangements, the staff and surgery all went really smoothly. I was very impressed. It's a well oiled machine. I did have a lot of swelling for a whole week, I had a different face the whole time, but I contacted the team and they helped me at the clinic as soon as it started. The surgery itself was only painful at the beginning when they injected the anesthesia but after that it was ok. It's a long and tiring procedure so dress comfortably and eat/sleep well before. I would definitely recommend them and I would consider the clinic for other operations in the future. The only thing that I would advise against is purchasing the shampoo and serums if you have long hair. It may not suit your hair type and then it's a waste. My hair is very dry afterwards. It may suit men more as they tend to shave and keep their hair short, but I have a lot of hair in the back and this shampoo didn't suit me at all. Overall, wonderful experience and I'm so happy I did my research and chose Vera Clinic.
