Apart from being an extremely knowledgeable and highly capable surgeon, Professor Paleri also has a great ability in engaging with his patients. He always ensures that the patient is at the centre of the decision making process, and provides them with uncomplicated explanations and interpretations of the various stages of the treatment plan. He is an exceptional person.

I had my first appointment with Dr Masud Haq today, can’t recommend him enough. He made me feel at ease, listened to any concerns I had and everything was explained thoroughly. I went into the appointment feeling anxious and left feeling great. Best experience I’ve ever had at any dr appointment.

Professor Drake, put me at my ease, early on in my appointment, which I found helpful. He listened well and explained things to me, carefully. Before I left, he made sure that there was a plan in place, which I found very reassuring. He was very professional but also kind, which made a real difference to me. I would not hesitate to see him again, if needed.
