Mr James Bedford is a fantastic surgeon, he's friendly, extremely knowledgeable and puts you at ease. The removal of a lump on my hand is healing really well, James has done an excellent job and I feel really pleased with the outcome. The aftercare is equally good, brilliant communication from his secretary and everything felt really clear.

Very pleased with the service and result of the procedure. My only negative point is was that, I was booked into the dressings dept and with the physio on the same day. However, the dressing was not seen to because of the follow up physio appointment some 2 hrs later.

Extremely thorough consultation and advice given throughout. Great communication and great interpersonal skills. Highly recommend.
