I was under the care of Mr Gidwani for two years and throughout that period I thought he was excellent. At every stage he explained clearly what was going on with my wrist, what may or may not work and then gave me all the information I needed to make decisions every step of the way. Ms Uppal has gone above and beyond in seeing my throughout, attending hand therapy sessions and taking the lead in post therapy, checking in to see how my recovery is and giving me a detailed step by step on what to expect in the weeks/months post surgery (reassuring me at the same time).
