I went to see Professor Branley as whilst I was on holiday I had a severe chest infection and shortness of breath. I found Professor Branley polite reassuring and extremely thorough. He examined me then explained to me how my lung function was working and the test procedures I should undertake to determine my symptoms. Subject to the test results he would provide a plan for any treatment necessary.

Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). Had a CT that evening and surgery the day after! Unbelievable concierge type service with brilliant attention to detail. Wow! Thankyou. Mr Gordon

Dr George was well prepared for my visit, he had all the recent scans and test results from my local hospital and it was obvious that he had read them before he saw me. He made me feel valued and listened to. He was willing to hear my story of my difficulties with breathlessness and asked questions along the way. I felt heard and cared for and he gave me hope that further tests will throw light on my condition. He was honest, he was able to rule out, that the problem is not due to an allergy or infection but at this stage could not give a diagnosis . I trust that he will carry out all the tests required to hopefully reach a diagnosis. He is clearly an expert in his field and I am very grateful that I am under his care.

Dr Kaur was very warm, kind and took the time to understand my problem. I would definitely return to her clinic and appreciate her advice and solutions.

Normally i am not too happy when I have to see a doctor, but It is always a pleasure to see Dr Whitby! She does explain everything very well, makes you feel at ease and understood. After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.

Fabulous service and a warm and kind person to the patient and to that staff. Also a great doctor. Cannot recommend enough.
