Nurse bedside manner can overall improve. I felt like a burden and a nuisance at times. Given a room by the kitchen and so for the duration I felt like I was in a market.

I was seen on time at every visit and when plater casts needed removing or x-rays/CTs had to be taken, these were all organised very efficiently

Overall we had a very good experience some things I would expect to be better. My appointment was changed without any communication fortunately the consultant still saw me but I wouldn’t expect this to happen. I was grateful Mr jonas still saw me despite this. After surgery my daughter waiting over 90 minutes for her food when she had been fasting for over 8 this should have arrived faster.
