After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.

Very thorough, and compassionate bedside manner and a wealth of knowledge. Easily the best GP experience I’ve had.

Dr Stephens has a excellant manner. He is informal in his approach, which I especially like. Visiting him is a bit like having a friendly chat with an old friend, rather than speaking to a GP. He seems to have connections with a whole range of specalists, which is reassuring.

Dr. Rai has gone above and beyond to help me both with specific health concerns and general changes for a healthier lifestyle. I have always felt like she listens to me and takes my concerns and thoughts seriously and comes up with concrete treatment plans and solutions. I have made more progress seeing Dr. Rai for several months than I have seeing other doctors for years. I would highly recommend her.

Experienced , thorough and knowledgable . Fantastic bedside manner and I was very confident in the advice Dr Miller gave me. About as near to an enjoyable experience as you can get going to the Doctors !
