Dr Patel was very professional and welcoming. It was the first time I felt like I was being listened to and taken seriously. No question felt too stupid and I really felt as though she had all the time in the world for me which was such a refreshing experience. She carefully explained everything and answered every question I had, before coming up with a plan that put my mind at ease.
