The clinic is conveniently placed for parking. The clinic is immaculate and welcoming. I was greeted in a clinical manner at reception and shown where to wait. The clinic is efficient and well run it feels.

Very straightforward and it has parking!

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

Overall fine, nothing special. Forcing people to check in on an iPad with a long form to fill in is a bit of a pain.
