Great experience and peace of mind after seeing him

The booking of the appointment was very stress free and straightforward thanks to a wonderful PA Sue who explains every little detail prior to the session. Katie herself is very professional and makes the conversation more than a medical chat. She offers a great deal of support, useful resources and a plan of treatment in a very calm, warm and compassionate manner.

We had troubles with our newborn and went back and forth to numerous GP appointments but there was nothing they were able to do to help. Our baby was very unhappy, would barely sleep and his feeding was extremely interrupted. We decided to visit Dr Jack Singer. He sat down with us and explained what the issues were. He Immediately showed us what the solution was and how we were going to achieve it! That very same day it was as if we had a new baby. Our little one finally got some well deserved rest and so did we. We finally had a smile on our face after a very long and tiresome start to parenthood. I’m very thankful to have been seen by Dr Singer. His knowledge is second to none and I’m comforted knowing that he’s there for our little one! Youness

It was my daughter's first appointment with Doctor Broughton. He was very kind and helpful during the appointment. My little girl immediately connected with him and she was happy. Communication was very clear and he made even complex information understable.

Charlotte was very kind and helpful in advising me about how to change my diet to include healthier options. I have been able to make good progress and Charlotte has been very supportive.

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

I couldn't thank Dr Mendall enough for his professionalism, knowledge, care and friendliness. I have never felt confident with a doctor like Dr Mendall. He has helped me with my gastroparesis and willing to do his best to get me back on my feet. I can't recommend him enough, honestly the best gastroenterologist in the country having gone through several doctors before finding him.

Excellent doctor. Very polite and explained everything clearly and talked me through the procedure and good follow up on both communication and time.

I found Dr Lim friendly and helpful. He remembered me from two years previously and was able to initiate a conversation about my business and interests. The procedure was carried out efficiently and painlessly and the results explained in simple laymans terms.
