Felt looked after. Very tentative and helpful during and post surgery

Everything about Spire was very good but digital and technical problems took.a lot of solving. Quite often downloads couldn't be found (by me) and on some occasions staff had difficulty finding them. It appeared to me that some of the documents came from an outside source.

Very good experience. Quick and straightforward

This was my first visit with Dr Simon and I have to say what a fantastic experience it was. From the onset Dr Simon was 100% invested in to What I had to say about my health. After my first visit I left his surgery feeling that I had been listened to and fully understood. I have future appointments with Dr Simon and I’m feeling very positive about my future finally.

Staff were friendly and professional got seen on time.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.
