Majority of the team (nursing, hospitality & cleaning) were brilliant during my stay following the operation. I felt well looked after. Unfortunately my discharge felt a bit rushed, to the point I felt that I was an inconvenience. The handover of medication was given prior to my partner's arrival which meant he didn't have chance to ask questions about my ongoing care & medication

Came in to see a consultant. Appointment was on time, pleasant, comfortable waiting area.

Everything went smoothly

The hospital was welcoming,clean and the reception staff were friendly. There was no wait and I was called straight in , the scans that were needed were booked for the very next day and I was advised of the results immediately.
