Mr Goldberg performed an arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction on my ankle following an accident that had been misdiagnosed by accident and emergency. From my initial consultation through to the day of surgery Mr Goldberg made sure that I was well informed and confident with going ahead with the procedure. Mr Goldberg’s expertise really stands out. He was patient and professional in dealing with my questions and hesitations in a very personable manner. I couldn’t have hoped for a nicer medical expert, I only wish I had visited him sooner. I was referred to him with acute pain on the top of my foot. Numerous visits to a GP and physiotherapist had failed to either diagnose the problem or provide relief. Mr Al-Maiyah listened to me; he examined my foot and immediately diagnosed the problem. I was swiftly treated with a cortisone injection which was expertly and accurately injected into the appropriate location. This is not a cure but the relief is very great. I have had nothing but first class expert treatment from this first rate consultant. Thank you.

I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.
