Im a 34 year old with a 3 year old child and my life was very limited due to the amount of pain I was in. However Mr Mohanty has given back my quality of life. Meeting him for the first time I was in absolute agony, unable to sit properly, had a limp and was dragging my leg, could barely walk with put suffering. Its fair to say I was just simply miserable with life. Mr Mohanty was so friendly and gave me a ray of light after years of getting nowhere. After a plan of action was in place it ended up with me needing my joint stabalised following a injection to assist in diagnosis. Again my world was brightening as I finally had the potential of getting fixed. Surgery was explained fully and the experience itself was lovely which seems strange to say but I had full confidence in Mr Mohanty, therefore I felt really relaxed and was fully prepared for recovery. 7 weeks after surgery and I'm like a new woman I'm walking straight with no limp or dragging, I can sit properly instead of to the side and most of all I'm pain free. I'm over the moon. Mr Mohanty is my real life hero.

Mr Matthews explained why a rotator cuff repair was not suitable for me due to muscle atrophy and the condition of my tendons. I had an MRI and a CT scan to confirm the condition of my shoulder.
