I thought that Dr Gulihar had a pleasant manner and took time to explain the options and make recommendations. After the X-rays he suggested a steroid injection in my right shoulder and I must day that the result was fantastic. The pain in my right shoulder has largely disappeared and the pain in my neck and left shoulder has greatly reduced and is now perfectly manageable. An excellent result and a big thank you to a thorough professional.

Dr Arjuna was incredibly well spoken in his explanations and concerns for myself as a patient. He explained any query I may have had during the consultation and post MRI. He has given me clear instructions for what to do next in recovery and what he can do for me in the future if things persist.

I had de quervain's tenosynovitis on both wrists at the end of June. Even though they are not completely better, i have noticed a huge difference. Im gkad i had the operation. Mark explained everything to me and was brilliant during the operation. Keeping me calm and ralked me through every step. He did ask me 1st if i wanted to watch I could.
