Great experience but ran late

I cannot recommend the Lister Fertility Clinic highly enough. Having had bad experiences with previous clinics, the care I received under the team at the Lister was everything. The team are just amazing and leave no stone unturned, and their personal approach and empathy are exemplar. I was very well looked after during my stay in the hospital, the hospitality and accommodating staff made sure I was very well looked after. It was a pleasure to be under their care.

I was well looked after during the procedure and cannot fault that side of things. I received a remote follow up to inform me of the results of my biopsy, which confirmed classical Hodgkins Lymphoma - bit of a bummer. I fully understand the specialist nature of the consultants expertise but would have found it helpful to have more detail as to the next steps as I was left feeling slightly clueless as to the time scale of further assessment and nature of treatment to follow - could an oncologist or similar have been given the appointment with me rather than a urologist as that would arguably have been more efficient and reassuring?

Absolutely fabulous , from the front line staff all the way through to the clinicians. A wonderful experience cannot fault it.

My overall experience was fantastic as soon as I walked in I was instantly created with warmth. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was also seen to very quickly even though I arrived early.
