At all stages of the process Mr Pakti was reassuring and clear in his communications, whist always being open and honest about the procedure and the risks involved. I was made to feel relaxed and was happy to have Mr Pakti as my consultant.

Nice to be greeted again even though the previous time had been several years before. Good clear explanation of tests going forward and a follow-up consultation.

Welcomed and escorted to the surgery. Very pleasant disposition. Considering my condition I was put at ease and made to feel more confident discussing the situation. After the examination everything was explained in a way that was easily understood. I was advised of several methods for treatment all with all explained in full. I was left feeling reassured regarding my situation and confident that I was given I had the advice I needed. All in all a pleasant experience covering a delicate health issue satisfactorily.

My life was miserable pre op, I was up in night and during the day based my movements on where the nearest toilet was. Since the operation my world has changed so much. I stay in bed all night 5/7 which is amazing!! The whole process was seamless, with friendly and knowledgeable staff at every turn.

Mt Arum has was (as usual) a great listener, good at understanding and discussing my issues, advising next steps. All in understandable terms. Very supportive/gentle style. Excellent.

Mr Bultitude is exceptional, professional and kind. He took considerable time to listen and advise me on my condition. He clearly has vast experience in this field of work which reassured me about my concerns. I have been grateful to him and the team who are hugely supportive. Thank you!
