Front of house excellent

I was very well cared for by all members of staff. They were friendly, professional and very well skilled. I was always made to felt special and looked after.

Good advice; Joshua took time to understand my needs, and made sure I had clear actionable advice to follow. Made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything too. Would recommend.

James is an extremely experienced and competent physiotherapist who came recommended through my knee surgeon. He is able to quickly diagnose the underlying problem and suggest the necessary exercises, which he records as mini videos and then shares through email (rather than some complex platform requiring multiple passwords!) He has a very friendly demeanor and i can honestly not recommend him enough. The only downside is that he is often booked well in advance.
